Livsstilsverktyget is a digital tool for researchers at the University of Gothenburg to help them understand the relationship between health and lifestyle. It is based on the idea that many of us are so busy living our lives that we forget to take care of our bodies.
Through the application, the researchers can analyze the impact of their work and the importance of taking care of one's body. The tool is a quarter with a set of questions that you answer yourself. You get a set of questions every two weeks, and each time, you receive a new set of questions. The questions are based on life and health.
It is based on the idea that the most important thing in life is not how much money you make or how many calories you eat, but how well you live your life and how happy you are.
